Will Griffin is a pianist, keyboardist and music producer who specializes in Blues, Pop, Rock, R&B, Funk, Hip-hop and Jazz. He has performed with and produced notable musicians for decades and currently performs with his own band, Will Roc Project, as well as with various bands locally and abroad. He is a talented full-time musician who loves sharing his musical expertise with his students and audience.

One of Will’s first major accomplishments as a keyboardist was performing with Dr. Dre and the World Class Wrecking Cru on various recordings in the late 1980’s. Will later went on to produce and perform keyboards on a certified-gold recording from the 1993 movie, “Judgment Night”. The movie’s title track featured rock band Faith No More collaborating with hip-hop giants, Boo Yaa Tribe.

His next big project involved jazz piano legend, Herbie Hancock. Will co-produced Hancock’s album, “Dis Is Da Drum”, which was nominated for a Grammy in 1996. He also toured nationally and internationally with Hancock as a keyboardist and programmer in support of the record.

More recently Will produced and played keyboard with blues giant, John Lee Hooker Jr. Out of the three projects musically directed by Will for Hooker, two were nominated for a Grammy, in 2005 and 2006.
