Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. No-shows and lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
When you schedule a lesson with us, we reserve that time slot especially for you. We appreciate that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and offer the option to cancel and reschedule your lessons through our easy to use automated system.
We also send out text and email reminders 48 hours in advance, because we know how easy it is to forget a lesson you booked three weeks ago.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time, and students on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive their lesson. Therefore you will not be refunded for any lessons that were cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, and keep our instructors’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. We thank you for taking the time to read this policy and are looking forward to sharing our love of music with you.
Credits and Refunds
If you are within the 24-hour cancellation policy window and are not able to find a new time slot to reschedule your lessons to, the cancelled lesson credits will be banked on your account for future use. The credits never expire and can be used again to book lessons at any time. If a refund is needed for any reason, we will charge a 5% refund fee.
